In our restaurant, the taste for fineness meets the tradition of authentic Sicilian flavors. Our Chef’s dishes are born from a careful selection of raw materials, chosen according to strict seasonal criteria and to high quality among local productions with zero impact.

The most demanding palates will be amazed by the blend of creativity and attention to the presentation of the dishes, with which we revisit the ancient recipes of our culinary tradition.

Among our proposals: selection of both fresh and aged cheeses from the Sicani Mountains, marinated meats, the typical aubergine caponata, potato gnocchi with aubergines, veal tagliata with truffles, Sicilian roulades.

All desserts are made with great skill: the mousse of sweet ricotta, almonds and chocolate sauce is a must try.

In the cold months, we will be happy to welcome you in our comfortable rooms; in summer, we will welcome you on the panoramic terrace where the valleys of Agrigento and our sea will be the backdrop of cozy and genuine gourmet escapes.

Every weekend the Pigna d’Oro restaurant is also a pizzeria. On Saturday and Sunday, at dinner, you can also choose from a wide selection of delicious pizzas, all enriched and enhanced by flavors of the territory.

The restaurant and pizzeria are also open to those who do not stay in the hotel.
